Diamond Wire Saw Cutting
From underwater environments to high elevations on a tower or coke drum, we provide precise cuts on concrete and metal. Delivering a smooth, clean cut every time. We save cost on your project by reducing schedule and overall weight by making multiple cuts in less time than our competitors can make one.
Cold Cutting / Field Machining
Our specialized field and shop machining services include flange facing up to 120 inches, drilling/tapping, precision line boring, standard and heavy wall pipe-cutting, and beveling. Various methods include small and large-diameter boring bars, portable lathes, mag-base drills, specialty milling equipment, and metal disintegrators for time-sensitive stud or nut removal.
Line Isolation / Weld Testing
Double Block and Bleed plugs are ideal in isolating certain areas of pipe for fabrication or isolated testing. Being able to isolate areas or pipe and monitor and/or place a nitrogen blanket isolation potentially explosive vapors during hot work saves man-hours and cost while adding safety to your work.
Core Drilling
Providing core drilling service for projects that require drilling holes in concrete for pipes, handrails, conduits or vents. We can drills core holes between 0.5” to 49 in diameter. The core drilling service can be executed horizontally, vertically, inverted through walls and floors. We can reach almost any depth or angle necessary.
Bolt Torque / Tensioning
Offering a variety of controlled tightening options to best meet the requirements of your application, ranging from manual torque multipliers, to pneumatic torque wrenches, as well as a comprehensive range of hydraulic torque wrenches and interconnectable bolt tensioning tools.
