KUTS Field Services supplies experienced, certified personnel to strengthen your maintenance, turnaround, and construction teams. Our staffing pool includes Certified Welding Inspectors (CWI), API-certified inspectors for pressure vessels, piping, and tanks (API 510, 570, 653), NACE corrosion/coatings inspectors (Level I / II), QA/QC leads, and Primavera P6 planners/schedulers. We plug directly into your project team and deliver the technical oversight and documentation you need to move safely—and on schedule.
What our people do on site
- Perform visual inspection and NDE oversight (UT, RT, MT, PT where required) and log results with immediate reporting.
- Document weld maps, WPS verification, and reject/repair actions through formal NCRs (nonconformance reports).
- Execute pressure and hydrostatic test witnessing for localized welds and repaired sections.
- Inspect tanks and determine repair scopes and repair acceptability per API 653.
- Survey piping systems for corrosion, thinning, and recommend mitigation per API 570 and NACE guidance.
- Build and maintain project schedules in Primavera P6—resource-load, manage critical path, and produce daily/weekly look-ahead plans for crews.
- Maintain QA/QC documentation and handover packages for client records and compliance audits.
